Terms and conditions for using Nevra eSIM.
[+] Service Description
Nevra eSIM provides prepaid data plans for travelers to South Korea. The service works as follows: you select a plan, provide an email, pay via Paddle, and receive a QR code by email. You scan the QR code in your device's eSIM settings to activate data on Korean cellular networks (SKT / LG U+). No app installation or account creation is required.
[+] Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to purchase. You are responsible for ensuring your device supports eSIM and the required frequency bands. We provide compatibility guidance at checkout, but final compatibility is your responsibility.
[+] Your Responsibilities
[+] You are responsible for scanning the QR code on the correct device.
[+] You are responsible for configuring your device's APN settings if required (instructions are provided with the QR code).
[+] You are responsible for using the eSIM in accordance with Korean law. The eSIM is for personal data use only. Reselling, sharing the QR code, or using it for commercial purposes is prohibited.
[+] You must not use the service for any illegal activity.
[+] eSIM Nature and Limitations
[+] The eSIM is a digital product. Once the QR code is delivered, it cannot be "returned" in the physical sense.
[+] Activation starts the plan: Day 1 begins when your device first connects to a Korean cellular network, not when you purchase.
[+] Data speeds depend on network conditions, your device, and your location. We do not guarantee specific speeds.
[+] The eSIM operates on SKT and LG U+ networks. Network coverage, maintenance, and outages are controlled by those carriers, not by Nevra.
[+] Plans must be activated within 180 days of purchase. After 180 days, the unused eSIM expires and is non-refundable.
[+] Payments
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and payment processing. By purchasing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these terms.
[+] Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available at /refund-policy. In summary: full refund before activation; limited refund for proven network unavailability after arrival; no refund after activation or expiration.
[+] Service Availability
We strive for 24/7 availability, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control. We are not liable for downtime caused by:
[+] Cloudflare infrastructure outages
[+] SKT / LG U+ network outages
[+] upstream eSIM provider outages
[+] force majeure events
[+] Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nevra's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the eSIM plan in question. We are not liable for:
[+] loss of profits
[+] loss of data
[+] business interruption
[+] inability to use the service during travel
[+] indirect or consequential damages
[+] Intellectual Property
The Nevra eSIM website, design, and content are owned by Nevra. The eSIM QR codes and associated data profiles are provided by our upstream carrier partners.
[+] Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The effective date is shown at the top of this page.
[+] Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Korea.
